Every watch purchased from masterreplica.nu is covered by a comprehensive 2-year warranty. If you need to return a defective watch, please acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a Watch Repair Form. Ensure that you use a reliable carrier that offers tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged returns. Refunds or credits will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the original watch.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Our 2-year warranty guarantees coverage for manufacturers’ defects but does not extend to intentional damage or regular wear and tear. For returns, please contact us and provide the tracking number for your shipment.

Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of your receipt of the watch. To process a return, you must first obtain an RMA number. The watch must be returned in its original condition with all packaging intact. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days. Please note that custom orders, such as those with extra gold or platinum, are non-refundable but may be exchanged under certain conditions.

Shipping and Handling

We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment. We cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. Please allow 1-2 weeks for any necessary repairs. All returned products are subject to a final inspection before any repairs or exchanges are made.
